Shipping policy
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in Australia. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-4 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We endeavour to fulfil all orders in major metro areas within 3-5 working days and within 5-8 working days in all rural areas. Please note that once your order has been processed for delivery we do not have any control over any delays in transit.
We work with our service providers to track and trace your order and resolve any issues as soon as possible but this might not always be possible.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, your order may be delayed. In the event of any significant delays when processing your order, we will be in touch. Once your order is processed and verified, we will provide you with an estimated delivery time via email confirmation along with a tracking number.
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office.
Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
